Terrible quality crush n run and they were super skimpy on the amount on top of that. Went here to get because it was the only spot open nearby on Sunday for a backyard project. The ratio of rock to fines was definitely not correct for this material. We ended up digging it out and replacing it with a much superior crush n run from Greenbrier Farms. What a waste of time, labor and money!

The turnaround time I'm getting my Ryobi mower fixed, but when I went to pick it up and put it in the back of the truck the handle ripped right out. Both screws that hold the handle that you use to pick it up are stripped and no longer hold the handle in place. When I loaded the lawn mower at my house I lifted it by the handle went right in stayed no problem. When I went to pick the lawn mower up at East Coast home and garden the handle ripped right away. You can see in the pictures that there are no threads. Got to love them power tools with no clutch

I rented a UHAUL from this location on 2/28/26 to move my family to our first home. When I arrived, the location was short staffed and I had to wait 30 minutes just to get the keys. I originally stated I would return the vehicle at 5:00pm that day. However, I didnโ€™t return it until 9:00pm, but it was still returned the same day. I was charged an additional dayโ€™s worth of renting the UHAUL, appliance dolly, and moving blankets - which came to an extra $60 I shouldnโ€™t have been charged. I called this company several times about getting a refund, which they said they would do. After a few times of trying, Iโ€™ve had no luck. The UHALS are in great condition, but the staff needs improvement. Please consider going to another place to rent a UHAUL.

Do not go here. They charged me $150 for a repair on a handheld leaf blower. Overcharged in labor for simple repair. They moved forward with a repair and charged me over the amount when they should have called me to authorize moving forward with the repair. When I asked about it at the counter, they said the โ€œtaxโ€ put it over the $150 mark so they didnโ€™t call. Ultimately they charged me 149.80 just so they could say they charged under $150 so they didn't need to communicate with me. Could have gotten a used or close to a brand new one for the amount they charged. Terrible business practices that trap customers with fine print, then blame the customer when given a bad review and their business practices are in clear view (see below). I live in the area and was referred by a neighbor, should have done more research before using them, their poor reviews speak for themselves.

Brought in a Ryobi string trimmer head for warranty service. There was a $60 deposit which I was told would be mostly refunded, minus shop supplies. After a week or so, they called to tell me the repair wasnโ€™t covered by the warranty and that not only would my deposit not be refunded it would be another $60 for the repair. When I arrived to pick it up they initially told me the remaining balance was $98. After a couple minutes they then told me it was $74. I grudgingly paid it but felt very taken advantage of. I would have just bought a new one for what this โ€œwarrantyโ€ service ended up costing me. I would not recommend going here for service.
